To help buyers and sellers understand this process, we have a document we provide that will explain the process from start to finish. This can really give some clarity to the process. Our document acts as a "map" so clients know where they are and where they are going.
The document starts with our Initial Consultation. During this time we get to know the client and they get to know us so we all can be sure that we are a good fit for each other. This is an opportunity for the client to ask questions about the process. We will also ask the client questions about why they want to buy or sell and find out what is important to them in the process of their real estate plans.
The document also outlines the home search, making the offer, inspections and disclosures and closing escrow, as well as a number of other topics during the escrow period. At the end, we've included a glossary of terms used in the contract so the client can understand the process more.
Our goal is to make the buying or selling process as easy and understandable as possible. We're always open to questions, even if you've asked them 10 times prior. We're here to help.
