What is a 5-Star Client? There are 5 categories of course.
1. A 5-Star Client is willing to engage in a dialogue.
2. A 5-Star Client is friendly and cooperative when we talk to them
3. A 5-Star Client knows what they want and are realistic
4. A 5-Star Client is moving in the next 1-3 months
5. A 5-Star Client would like us to help them
If any one of these categories are missing that's a yellow flag and may make for a difficult relationship.
When we first begin a relationship with a client, we need to ask a lot of questions to fully understand what the client is looking to accomplish and what their goals are. That's called the Initial Consultation. It's important that the client be as open as possible and offer as much information as possible so we can help them with their needs. If anything is intentionally left out, it's very hard for us to help them, although that may not be immediately evident. Time tells all.
